Whistler Real Estate Agent Tour For Tuesday, August 13th, 2019

Each Tuesday, the REALTORS® in Whistler tour the newly listed properties. Every week I add my thoughts on the latest properties on the market here in Whistler, including my opinion on properties that are a good value or extra special. Here’s why the Whistler agent tour is important. My thoughts for this week are below.

Hot Property: 406-6850 Crabapple Drive, Whistler, BC Adventures West Riverside

List Price:

Why it’s interesting:

Adventure West Riverside is one of the most unique locations in all of Whistler. Overlooking wetlands, the River of Golden Dreams & one of Whistler’s best bird sanctuaries, this property offers a front row seat to our stunning natural environment. Wake up to sounds of birds chirping, grab your canoe or kayak from the storage rack and launch from the private dock right on the River of Golden Dreams. It doesn’t get much better than this. Must be seen to be appreciated.

Who it appeals to:

I see this property as the perfect get away for couple of single persons who love nature and want to be away from the hustle & bustle of the village and upper village.
