Market activity March 15, 2020 to May 8, 2020 VERSUS the same weeks in 2019
• 21 (2020) firms sales vs. 88 (2019) – no surprise
• The surprise is in the confidence the luxury home buyer is showing currently.
• Looking back at 2019 we saw one sale over the $6M mark which works out to 1.14% of the total sales and 3 sales over the $3M mark or roughly 3.4% of total sales.
• 2020 numbers paint a different picture with 4 sales over $6M or 19% of total sales and 7 sales over $3M accounting for 33% of total sales.
