Comments:

I chose this 3 -bedroom/2-bath townhome in Nordic Estates because it’s been so nicely upgraded, and this small complex offers a quiet alternative to the typical hustle and bustle of many multi-family developments. The attention to detail is extraordinary and the contemporary mountain aesthetic set this property apart from much of the competition in this price range.

Who it’s for:

I have a feeling that this property will go to full-time residents, but it would suit weekenders and part-time residents equally well.
