Each Tuesday, the REALTORS® in Whistler tour the newly listed properties. Every week I add my thoughts on the latest properties on the market here in Whistler, including my opinion on properties that are a good value or extra special. Here’s why the Whistler agent tour is important. My thoughts for this week are below.

Why it’s interesting: 

I know realtors overuse the term “rarely offered” but in this case it truly does apply. Built in 1972, Adventures West Lakeside sits on a beautiful piece of property offering a private beach at the north end of Alta Lake. The last offering in this complex was back in 2015 and prior to that 2011. C1 is one of the largest units in the complex measuring in at 1,372 sq.ft. and offering 4 bedrooms & 2 baths. Well cared for and with tasteful upgrades, this a truly unique property.

Who it appeals to: 

My best guess is that this unit will be snapped up by a Vancouver family with children looking for a year- round recreation property in Whistler. Nothing stopping someone living there full time, but my gut tells me this will go to part-timers.
